Former Vice President Leni Robredo announced the reopening of Bayanihan E-Konsulta program of Angat Buhay Foundation and calls for medical and non medical volunteers.

“In less than 20 minutes, 1,100 volunteers already signed up for the resumption of Bayanihan e-Konsulta. Thank you. The spirit of volunteerism is alive and well,” – former VP Leni said on twitter.

“Bayanihan E-Konsulta” is a program initiative started by Robredo during her term as vice president in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Robredo closed down Bayanihan E-Konsulta before ending her term on June 30, 2022. The free consultation program helped over 58,000 patients–both COVID and non-COVID–which she said was made possible by 947 and 1,761 medical and non-medical volunteers.
