On October 26, 2025, the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City hosted the BENCH: Shoot of Asia basketball exhibition game. The event featured a thrilling match between South Korea’s Rising Eagles and the Philippines’ Kuys Showtime, drawing K-pop idols, Filipino celebrities, and basketball fans from across Asia.

Team Korea – Rising Eagles brought star power to the court, led by Choi Minho of SHINee and Johnny of NCT. Other team members included talented athletes and celebrities such as Jeong Jinwoon of 2AM. The team was coached by Korean basketball legend Seo Jang-hoon, delivering a competitive and disciplined performance.

Team Philippines – Kuys Showtime countered with an impressive lineup featuring Vhong Navarro, Jhong Hilario, Billy Crawford, David Licauco, Jake De Vera, and River Joseph, among others. The Filipino squad showcased strong teamwork, fast breaks, and high-energy plays that thrilled the local audience.

The exhibition game was fast-paced from start to finish. Team Korea demonstrated precision in shooting and strategic ball movement, while Team Philippines impressed with agility, rebounds, and dynamic offensive plays. Fans were treated to exciting moments such as slam dunks, three-point shots, and clever assists, keeping the crowd engaged throughout the match.

Beyond the game, BENCH: Shoot of Asia highlighted the camaraderie between Korean and Filipino celebrities, reinforcing cultural exchange through sports. Coaches and managers praised both teams for their skill, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
